Climbing Club

The Cliffhangers Climbing Club formed to support climbing in Wanaka and Otago.

The club aims are to:

  • Provide learners an experience of climbing within a friendly environment
  • Support opportunities for locals in the South Island region to participate in competitions
  • Encourage climbing in the local area – The club is committed to promoting, fostering, and developing rock climbing in the Wanaka region. It organises the weekly training nights, and other club activities during the year.
